Privacy & Terms

The short version

You can read every page of this site without an account, without cookies that identify you, and without being counted. We run no analytics and no advertising trackers. If you create an account we hold your email address, and nothing else you have not typed in yourself.

What we store in your browser

One item: your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser's local storage so the site does not flash the wrong colours on your next visit. It never leaves your device and it does not identify you.

That is why this site has no cookie banner. There is no non-essential cookie to ask you about.

What we hold if you open an account

Your email address, the display name you choose, whether you asked to receive updates, and what you have written in the community. That is the whole record.

We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not enrich it from other sources.

Updates by email

We send updates only if you ticked the box asking for them. The box is never ticked for you, creating an account does not depend on it, and every message carries a one-click way to stop — as required by section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982.

Withdrawing consent stops the messages. It does not close your account and does not remove anything you have already posted.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to the address on the contact page and a person answers.

Deleting your account removes your email and display name. It does not retract the community posts other people have already replied to; ask and we will remove those too.

Terms of use

Watching is free and needs no account. Writing needs one, and what you write must be yours to post.

Every trading figure on this site is PAPER unless it says otherwise. Nothing here is a live financial market operation, nothing here is investment advice, and no result on this site is a prediction of any other result.

We may remove content that is unlawful, that impersonates someone, or that was posted to harass a person. We would rather explain a removal than make one quietly.

Content that belongs to other people

News items on the desks belong to the outlets that published them, and we link to the source rather than reproducing it. If you hold rights in something shown here and believe it should not be, write to us and we will take it down while we look.

Changes

If this document changes in a way that affects what we hold or what we send you, we say so on the site before the change takes effect.
